Day 1

Monday morning arrived and Isabel(s) was up with the birds. The rest of us got up around 7am and found Isabel(s) sitting at the front door in her housecoat reading her book in the blazing sunshine. She had had a good sleep and wasn't feeling any ill effects from the long flight. She was quite amazed that she woke at 6.30am precisely "just like I always do at home!" Isabel(j) had a bit of a sleep in eventually surfacing around 9am. We had a relaxing morning at home with both Isabels enjoying the garden and the good weather (Sunny - 24 degrees).

In the afternoon we headed for the beach and both Tom and Findlay went for a swim. It is the height of the holiday season here so the beach was quite busy but still plenty space for flying the kite and playing frisbee.
